Are you interested in laws and regulations and want to learn more about them? At Précon we are working on this every day. We find it important that consumers are honestly informed about composition, use and sustainability of food products. Our Regulatory Affairs team supports retailers and manufacturers in this. As a consultant you will work on various assignments and get the opportunity to further develop yourself as an expert or all-rounder. We are an informal and cheerful company where the development of our employees is key.

  • You will regularly work on location with customers, a car is available if needed.

What will you do?

As a Labeling and Specification Management Consultant, you will work on assignments for our clients. The assignments are varied and multifaceted. You can think of:

  • Collect and verify raw material and product information and convert it to specifications and labels/labels;
  • Checking that products, packaging and artwork meet all legal requirements;
  • Figuring out complex legal issues such as allergens, special foods or supplements;
  • Help clients interpret and apply legislation and requirements from the marketplace;
  • Advising on nutrition, sustainability and health claims;
  • Implementation of automation projects (Quasydoc);
  • Providing training (if you aspire to this and of course you will be trained internally first).

What do you bring?

  • A completed HBO/WO education in the direction of food, for example: Nutrition and Dietetics, Food/EU Law & Regulatory Affairs, Food & Business or Food Technology.
  • Clear communication in Dutch and English, a third language is a plus for us.
  • You work carefully and have an eye for detail.
  • Sense of learning and broad development.
  • Enthusiasm to work in a team and get to know and help our customers.
