General
Précon offers a complete training for beginning quality managers in the food industry. During this training, you combine eight classroom, knowledge-oriented training sessions with two times two hours of coaching-on-the-job, in which you further explore the training material together with one of our coaches, discuss relevant cases, exchange experiences and reflect on practice. The program ends with a final meeting with your coach. This is how we train you to be a complete quality manager in one year.
Target
As a quality manager, you must master various aspects of the job to be effective. This course provides both knowledge and skills to make a difference in practice.
Target audience
This track is designed for employees who want to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of quality management. For example, starters with an HBO or WO degree in a food-related direction, lateral entrants and quality employees who want to move on. For this course a position in the food industry (or related field) is required.
Topics
Intake and personal guidance
After registration, one of our coaches will contact you for a personal intake interview. During this interview, together with the coach, you look at your competencies and which ones you want to develop further. This way you will come to personal learning goals, which will guide you during the program - especially in the coaching sessions.
Content: Coaching
The coach will come to your location twice to discuss together the issues you face in your daily work, such as making an annual schedule, statistical accountability and communication with your colleagues and customers.
By linking your work practice to the content of the training, the training material will be deepened and you will get tools to apply it. The course ends with a final meeting with your coach in which you reflect on what you have learned and how you make a difference in your work.

During the course you will attend knowledge-based training courses for a minimum of 8 points. You organize this yourself by registering via our website. You will receive a 15% discount on these courses.

If you have already taken courses in the recent past, at Précon or another reputable company, you can bring in these certificates. These certificates may be up to a year and a half old at the start of the course.
The program starts with an intake of 1 hour and consists of 8 training days at our location in Bunnik. In addition, the coach will visit you twice at your location for two hours of coaching-on-the-job and you will conclude the program together in a final interview. The additional study load for making assignments before and after training comes to a total of 40 hours. After successful completion of the entire program, you will receive a certificate. You can spread the study load over a maximum of 24 months.

Investment
At registration you sign up for the intake, coaching sessions and final meeting. This comes to €1495.00.
You will receive a 15% discount on the knowledge trainings you attend as part of this program. Depending on the choices, this comes to an amount of approximately €3600,- (ex. VAT) for 8 trainings.
Total then comes to about €5,295.
