Companies that value delivering quality are constantly improving business processes. Part of this is purchasing safe, high-quality raw materials and services from reliable suppliers. The NVWA may also request demonstrable verification of a supplier's control of CCPs in raw materials. Verification of agreements on paper, through a supplier audit, is a useful tool in assuring quality and food safety hazards. During the training, participants will learn how to properly conduct a supplier audit.

Target audience

The training is designed for companies that value delivering quality and specifically for (un)experienced employees involved in supplier assessments, such as quality officers, buyers and executives.

They will gain practical knowledge and tools for the preparation, execution and completion of a supplier assessment.
