How do I know what food safety risks exist for my company? HACCP is a systematic approach used to identify, assess and manage food safety risks. In today's food industry, HACCP is indispensable when it comes to ensuring business processes for quality, safe food.

Creating and optimizing a plan requires knowledge of the HACCP methodology.

This online training further introduces trainees to the methodology and the Critical Control Points (CCPs). The trainee becomes familiar with essential basic concepts and the seven principles to work through using assignments on a practical situation.

Target audience

The online training is designed for employees in food companies who are responsible for one or more components of the HACCP plan. It is important that the trainee is already familiar with basic principles of working hygienically according to an approved hygiene code.
