To guarantee food quality and food safety as a company, proper microbiological control is obviously crucial. Assessing microbiological risks and taking adequate control measures requires the necessary knowledge about microorganisms and their properties and living conditions. This also requires knowledge to assess and test microbiological analyses against the requirements of laws and regulations.
This training requires prior knowledge of microorganisms, growth factors and control measures. Therefore, we offer our e-learning module "Microbiology and controlling contamination and spoilage" for preparation. View detailed description of this online course.
Target
This classroom (online) training course aims to help you get a better grip in your work on how to assess the microbiological analyses you commission and how to correctly interpret and apply the criteria required by food hygiene laws and regulations.
