Do you regularly deal with food labeling, but lack basic legal knowledge? Or do you want to quickly update and test your knowledge without going through the in-depth classroom training?
Using practical examples, you learn to look up and apply the legislation applicable to a product. You will learn and practice with general legislation and specific legislation for various product groups. Through many practical examples and by working by yourself, you will be able to create or validate a label based on Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, among others.

- Basic knowledge of the creation of EU legislation;
- The differences between EU and national legislation;
- Looking up legislation on food products;
- The regulation on food information disclosure (Ver. (EU) No. 1169/2011);
- The regulation on nutrition and health claims (Reg. (EU) No. 1924/2006).
