Does everyone work hygienically? Does everyone know how important it is? Working hygienically is the basis for safe food production. Therefore, there are also increasing demands on the employees involved in the production process. Employees who are aware of the importance of hygiene are happy to make an active contribution to hygiene, order and tidiness on the shop floor and thus help prevent contamination and produce food safely.

Target

During the training, participants learn knowledge and skills about food safety and hygiene. They will learn about the usefulness and necessity of hygiene, order and cleanliness. And extensive attention will be paid to how they can actively contribute to the food safe production of high quality food. Upon completion of the training you will receive a certificate.

Target audience

This training is designed for employees in the food industry who are involved in the production of food, such as production workers, quality employees and logistics employees. The training can be taken without prior knowledge and is tailored to vmbo/mbo level.

Topics

The Food Safety in Practice training course is an interactive and practical course in which a lot of effort is expected from the trainees. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of participation. The following topics are covered in the training:
