Good cleaning and disinfection is the basis for food safety, quality and a pleasant and safe working environment. In many production companies, in-house employees perform the cleaning, but people are often insufficiently aware of the correct way to work.
The consequences can be various, from contamination of products to degradation of machinery and materials.
In the online training, the student is introduced to the different cleaning methods and the situations in which the methods should be applied using practical examples.
