Do you sell non-food consumer products in the European market?

Then it is important that you are familiar with the General Product Safety Requirements that apply in Europe. According to the legislation, companies are only allowed to offer safe products on the European market. These requirements not only apply to products for which there is no specific European legislation, but also complement existing and future legal safety regulations, such as the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

With this classroom training, you will be well prepared for the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which has been in effect since December 13, 2024 and further strengthens product safety rules.

After completing this basic General Product Safety training:

  • Are familiar with the structure and content of the regulations regarding General Product Safety Requirements;
  • Understand the General Product Safety Requirements that apply to consumer products in the EU.
  • Can independently perform and apply risk analysis to ensure the safety of your products.
