What will you learn during audit skills training?

Prior to the classroom training, participants get access to our e-learning Audit Skills. This allows everyone to learn the basics at their own pace. The classroom session then focuses on experiential learning and interaction. The following topics are covered:

  • Basic communication skills;
  • The role of the auditor;
  • Effectively preparing for an internal audit;
  • Conducting audit interviews;
  • Preparing and reporting audit findings;
  • Completing an audit.
