Customers and suppliers are placing increasingly high demands on the quality of products and services. As a result, the demand for good quality employees and managers in the food industry is increasing. Clear processes, getting people on board with (quality) improvements and certification are essential to achieve this high quality.
As a (junior) quality manager, you want to organize your work to meet these requirements. You are looking for a good way to map the business processes and make continuous improvement part of this. Discovering the different quality management systems, distinguishing business processes and improvement in these processes are central to this training.
Target
- Understanding of key concepts in the quality manager's field and associated roles;
- Understand components of the quality system and their interrelationships;
- Be familiar with and apply key certification standards;

Target audience
The training Quality Systems is intended for (junior) quality managers and quality employees, MT members or for employees who in their work deal with quality management such as process owners. The training is given at MBO+-HBO level.
The training can be delivered either as open enrollment or in-company.
