Précon introduces a new e-learning food safe working in the hospitality, catering and care sectors, specifically designed to meet the needs of these sectors.
In the past, there were separate modules for employees in the hospitality, catering and care sectors, as well as a separate module on allergens. Now there is one comprehensive module covering all sectors, including additional information on allergens and cross-contamination.
The guidelines for food-safe working are laid down for the hospitality, catering and care sectors in various hygiene codes. The guidelines and work instructions that apply within organizations are based on these hygiene codes. Together with our food safety specialists, we have carefully examined the content of these various hygiene codes and translated them into an e-learning module suitable for employees. Whether they are new to an organization or have been working there for some time.

There is an extra focus in this module on allergens and cross-contamination, so that even for people with allergies, employees know which products pose a risk and they can prepare products safely. Finally, they also learn why cleaning and keeping pests out is so important.
