Précon enables remote training together
For hands-on training, good cooperation between participants and the trainer is very important. Participants like to know how to apply certain requirements in the workplace. Classroom training is very suitable for that. In this era of Corona, that is not possible. How do you ensure that employees continue with their development?
Précon Learning has transformed its core classroom training into enjoyable, motivating and interactive distance learning courses. With the same trainers, the same results and enthusiastic clients. But how is that possible? In this article, we explain how we made it happen.
Customer experience
We desperately wanted our trainings to go ahead, but with the restrictions imposed on us by the corona outbreak, all trainings were suspended. Précon was willing to develop a program for us that was truly adapted for distance learning. Instead of offering classroom training integrally via webcam, we got a program that was perceived by the participants as attractive and enjoyable.
We have meanwhile gained good experience providing the online interactive training courses Additives, Labeling and Claims, Principles and Background of HACCP and Food Contact Materials. Other courses such as Microbiology for the Food Industry and Food Defense & Food Fraud will also become available online at the end of this month. Is your training not listed here? Don't worry, contact us and we will look at the possibilities together.
Based on experiences with our e-learning modules, webinars and our didactic expertise, we have created classroom-based online training courses in which the participant is actively involved in the learning process:
That classroom online is a useful alternative to classroom learning for a number of topics is clear to Précon: classroom training works well because of the interaction between the trainer and the participants and the participants themselves, which increases the learning effect. Online learning has the advantage that trainees do not have to travel to a training location and sessions are shorter and spread over two or more days. As a result, companies get training that suits them even better. Therefore, even when the measures against COVID-19 are lifted again, we will continue to offer both forms.
