Labeling &
CE Marking.
All toys marketed in Europe must meet the legal requirements of the Toys Directive 2009/48 and must be CE marked. This marking indicates that your product complies with strict EU directives regarding product safety.
Where appropriate, warnings specifying user restrictions for safe use of the toy should be affixed or included. In addition to the mandatory requirements from the Toys Directive, warnings from harmonized standards may also apply. In each case depending on the type of toy.
In markets outside the Netherlands, warnings and instructions must be translated into the official language of that country. Our consultants will help you determine which warnings or markings are mandatory on your toys.
