At Précon we understand that no company is the same and that off the shelf training does not always work. Therefore, we help our customers by first taking stock of what exactly you want to achieve with a training and what form it should take. Sometimes a single classroom course is the best solution, sometimes a series of courses. Or a blended form in combination with e-learning and sometimes on-the-job coaching is most appropriate.

Our approach.
For customized training, we first engage in an interview. During the intake, the trainer gets to know your company and discusses the goal of the training. What you want to achieve and what knowledge and skills are needed to do so. Together we discuss which form of training is most suitable to achieve these goals. In this way we tailor the training to the specific situation in your company.
After the intake, we make an offer. This describes exactly how we will proceed. If the quote is approved, the final date for the training is discussed and our trainer starts the preparation.
After the training, participants receive a certificate and the trainer provides a report. This can be done in writing, but also during a personal interview, so that you have a clear view of the results of the course.
Frequently asked questions.
No, actually, customized training is not necessarily more expensive than standard training. Because Précon's trainers are experts in their field and have many years of experience, they can develop a customized training course quickly. The cost for one day training, including intake and reporting, is hardly more than a standard training. Especially if you want to provide the training for more groups, it is smarter to choose customized training.
Most trainings are conducted in Dutch, but it is also possible to provide trainings (and the materials) in English. Many of our trainers have experience in this, as Précon also regularly provides learning solutions abroad and for international companies.
A training course is only successful if you can immediately apply in practice what you have learned in the training course. So the training must fit the way the company works and the daily practice of the employees. This is what Précon is good at and why we can say with conviction that our customization works.
Classroom training is generally conducted in the Dutch language. Upon request, training can also be converted into the English language.
Any e-learning can be translated into any language. Précon often uses professional translation agencies for this purpose, so that the translations are of good quality.
In the quotation process, we discuss the requirements together. We then ask for information so that our trainer can familiarise himself with your company's systems, working methods and products and develop a tailor-made training course. In total, it only takes a few contact moments to submit the request to us and conduct the intake with the trainer.
Our trainers are specialists in their field and have years of practical experience with various certifications and labels. At Précon we also work in professional groups, so that new developments in the requirements can be directly implemented in our trainings. Thus, our expertise always ensures an up-to-date result.
All topics that involve deepening and broadening knowledge are suitable as classroom training. However, all situations requiring a change in attitude and behavior are also very suitable to provide as classroom training.
