Successful Knowledge Afternoon Quasydoc

On Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024 Précon organized a knowledge afternoon Quasydoc for users of the quality management system Quasydoc for Quality.

New software developments

During this knowledge afternoon, Quasydoc users were informed about several new software developments including:

Digitizing questionnaires
Reporting capabilities and
Links to GS1, Power BI and Qliksense
Improving the Document Management module
Updates to the app for running hygiene rounds
Developments surrounding the newly developed New Product Development module
Manage and implement cleaning plans with Quasydoc Facility Management

Workshops

Afterwards, consultants Petra Ligtvoet, Rien van Alphen and Bas Moolenschot shared their knowledge in workshops. During these workshops, practical examples were discussed. For example, how the new questionnaire functionality can be used to retrieve information on sustainability issues. In addition, it was presented how reports from Quasydoc can be made in Power BI, for example, so that companies can gain insight into trends. The added value of this is that data from, for example, the ERP system and data from Quasydoc are presented combined within one analysis dashboard. The topic of sample requests came up during the workshop of the workflow solution within Quasydoc.

Between sessions, there was plenty of time for networking and sharing experiences. The afternoon ended with a pleasant drink. The knowledge afternoon was experienced by those present as pleasant, instructive and valuable. Definitely worth repeating!
