In today's food chain, it is increasingly important to quickly and structurally retrieve information from suppliers, producers and traders. With the module, companies can easily create different types of questionnaires and send them digitally to their suppliers. Flexibility in preparation of Questionnaires

The questionnaires can be completely customized. Users can choose to ask individual questions or group questions together. For each question, it can be indicated whether an answer and/or attachment is mandatory. In addition, answers can be scored, and an overall score can be calculated as an evaluation of the completed questionnaire. This makes the process of evaluating supplier information much clearer and more efficient.

A default revision timeframe can be set for each questionnaire, as well as a custom timeframe based on the score achieved. This offers companies the flexibility to monitor and evaluate supplier information at different levels.

Efficient assessment and management

Suppliers complete the questionnaires digitally via a Quasydoc environment and return them including any attachments. Upon receipt, the completed questionnaires can be easily assessed by the predefined assessor. The assessment is facilitated by the preset answer options and any assigned scores per answer, making the process of information assessment quick and clear.

This new functionality not only enables efficient collection of supplier information, but also enables it to be managed and reviewed in a structured way. The Questionnaires module offers the possibility to send surveys within your own organization to investigate these and other desired topics.
