You know the situation, you can't get on with your work because you are waiting for information to be delivered by a colleague. In organizations there are countless work processes where departments cooperate and exchange information. With the workflow module, these work processes can be digitized.

Fully customized, we go through the current process with you and, together with those involved, look at how we can optimize the process. This process, including existing forms and information flows, is then digitized in Quasydoc.

This allows you to store information digitally, information is no longer lost and those involved automatically receive a reminder when they need to perform a step in the process. A few examples of processes that can be digitized using the workflow module:

• procedure around product development,
• reporting improvement proposals and suggestion box,
• performing validations,
• selection process of new suppliers.
