Specification management
Creating a specification is a complex process and errors can have far-reaching consequences, sometimes even resulting in a recall. With Quasydoc, you automate the process of specification management so that the probability of error is greatly reduced.
Quasydoc offers the possibility to give your suppliers access to a closed environment of the system. Your suppliers can then enter all information regarding the raw material themselves, but the final approval lies with you. This puts you 'in control'.
Using recipe data, Quasydoc automatically draws up the finished product specification, taking into account any process characteristics, such as weight and moisture loss. Based on the end product specification, a label can be created from this and printed via, for example, Nicelabel. In addition, you can link the specification directly to systems such as PSinFoodservice and GS1.
The specifications can be created in the desired structure. Multiple templates can be created, for example for a distinctive specification per brand or customer.
