"We have been working with Précon since 2016. This cooperation arose from a shortage of capacity." explains Heimen van Diest. "The position of quality manager was vacant at the time. Précon immediately took on an executive and supporting role with the goal of securing the legal requirements in our quality system. Précon's consultant was 'to the point' and ensured that 'the noses were pointed in the same direction'. The pleasant cooperation with the consultant and our satisfaction with the service provided has led to, that the current role of the consultant has become a completely different one, namely an advisory role."

The challenge

"We are a flat organization and practical." said Heimen van Diest. "Also an innovative and dynamic organization with more 'doers than thinkers'. In 2017 we completed the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to 9001:2015. At such times you experience the added value of Précon. We, doers, may then reflect on the organization from the ISO standards, make a context analysis and think about our strengths and weaknesses. Unconsciously we are working on these things every day, but consciously putting this on paper we are less used to. The consultant held up a mirror to us and gave us a structure on how to approach things. On an organizational level, the consultant also initiated a number of changes: our human resources employee can now proceed independently. During the same period we worked hard with the consultant to achieve BRCGS status. The transition is complete, the ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS (grade AA) certificates are in. We are proud of the result achieved, which is of the highest level. At such times we experience the added value of Précon."
