NEW: free VIB-QuickScan

Does your company handle products containing chemical substances or mixtures, such as air fresheners, glue or paint? If so, you are required to have a Dutch-language safety data sheet (MSDS) and provide it to your customers.

Working with products containing chemicals and mixtures can pose significant risks. A correct SDS contains all the information you, your customers and consumers need to handle your product safely. If you handle your product in the EU, it is also mandatory to translate the SDS into the language of the member state where your foreign customers are located.

REACH Regulation

The REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 details the information that a SDS must contain. In theory, following these legal requirements always leads to a correct MSDS. In practice this often turns out differently. A SDS does not contain all legally required information, contains incorrect or incomplete labeling requirements or is only available in English.

Do you find it difficult to determine whether your SDS meets all legal requirements? Then you are not alone! That is why we have developed our free SDS QuickScan. With our SDS QuickScan you can quickly and easily check whether your SDS meets the requirements of the REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006.
