Inspection & control.
You have received notice from the controlling authority, such as the NVWA or the FAVV, announcing that they will soon visit you for an inspection related to product safety.
They will also inform you which of your products have been evaluated in the laboratory and ask you to provide the complete technical files of these products. What can you expect and what should be done?
What to expect.
During the inspection, the auditing body reviews your quality assurance & quality control processes for:
- the management of product risks,
- Being able to identify hazardous products,

- identified deficiencies in your products.
Our consultants know what to expect at these points and how best to prepare for them. Précon is happy to help.

The result of the audit.
In time, you will receive an inspection report from the inspecting authority. This will report on all findings. This report also contains the conclusion about the level of supervision that will apply to your company. This is one of the levels listed below:
1. Limited supervision
2. Standard supervision
3. Intensive supervision
With 'standard supervision' your quality assurance & quality control processes have to be improved in parts in order to be assessed as sufficient. With 'intensive supervision' these processes do not function at all and your company will be confronted with increased import and product inspections until it can be demonstrated that these processes have been structurally improved.
Our consultants will help you design and realize the necessary improvements in your processes so that you can stay focused on your core business.
