We offer both e-learning modules and classroom courses, which are delivered at our locations in Bunnik and Antwerp, at customer sites and sometimes online. So there is always a suitable learning method to suit your organization's needs.

Customized HACCP Course
When several employees need to be trained simultaneously, a customized training program is an effective solution. During an intake, a consultant analyzes the working methods within your company, assesses the knowledge level of employees and puts together a targeted training course based on that analysis. This ensures that everyone has the same level of knowledge after the course, fully aligned with your organization's food safety system and hygiene code. In addition, participants receive an HACCP certificate upon completion as proof of their expertise.
Individual training through the training calendar
Group courses are not always necessary. Through our training calendar, individual employees can participate in scheduled courses offered several times a year. This offers flexibility and ensures that employees quickly reach the desired level. In addition, participants can exchange experiences with professionals from other companies, contributing to additional insights and a broader knowledge base.
HACCP Course for different levels
Basic level: start with food safety
For new employees, we offer a level 1 HACCP course, which focuses on hygiene, order and cleanliness. This is usually conducted in class and on-site. At level 2, we offer e-learning modules such as the food safety (HACCP) course, which is relevant to almost all employees in the food industry.
In addition, employees can further specialize with short modules on topics such as metal detection, allergen management and cleaning & disinfection.

Advanced Level: HACCP Team & Risk Management
For members of the HACCP team, Précon offers specialized training. The HACCP team course coversthe methodology behind HACCP and the practical application within the organization. This is a blended course, consisting of a preparatory e-learning module and a classroom training.
We also offer the course Grip on Commodity Hazards, in which participants learn how to identify and control commodity hazards. This is essential when evaluating suppliers and identifying hazards in new raw materials.
Management level: HACCP Expert Training
For organizations looking to strengthen their HACCP team with experts, Précon offers the HACCP expert course. In this three-day training course, participants learn how to keep their HACCP system up-to-date with process and product changes. The course meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 852/2004, FSSC 22000, IFS and BRC and focuses on in-depth topics such as the difference between HACCP and baseline condition programs, verification, validation and continuous improvement processes.

Today, many foods are produced by machine, but the impact of employees on product food safety remains significant. Food safety hazards lurk due to improper adherence to HACCP guidelines. These include insufficient hand washing or improper cleaning of the production line. In order to ensure that products are delivered to buyers or consumers in a food-safe manner, it is important that every employee in the company knows the HACCP rules well. An appropriate HACCP course is therefore important for a company.
For employees in production, food-safe working and HACCP is a top priority. Hygiene is an important part of this. Companies are required that all employees are trained in food safe working. During the Level 1 and 2 Food Safety course you will learn all the important things about this subject, You will learn how to work food safely and what to watch out for during food production. You will also learn about the different types of hazards and how to prevent them from occurring.
At a higher level (level 3), members of the HACCP team learn to identify all hazards in their production process, assess the risks and take appropriate measures to ensure the food safety of products. If it is also important to learn how to set up and maintain the quality system, then level 4 training is appropriate. Thus, there is an appropriate training for each level within the organization.
An HACCP certificate is obtained by passing the HACCP test at the end of the HACCP course.

For classroom training, you must attend the training and complete assignments to receive a certificate.
Most certifications require employees to be trained in food safety (HACCP) every year. For higher level courses, it is recommended that they be repeated at least every 3 years, or to do follow-up training so that professional knowledge is not only renewed but expanded.
The cost of an HACCP course varies between providers and how they offer the courses. In fact, you can choose between online or physical training. You also have different levels.
The cost of the online food safety (HACCP) course is €55, - excl. VAT. in addition, we offer "On the Move with HACCP" for €75, - excl. VAT.
We also offer several classroom training courses namely: HACCP team training (level 3) for €540 excluding VAT, HACCP expert training (level 4) €1,250 excluding VAT.
