As a food technologist, I started my career as a quality manager. A few years later I became a recruiter in the food industry. After a while it turned out that besides my love for recruitment and selection, my passion also still lies with quality and food safety. I wanted to get back into that field.

At the time, Précon was a client of mine where I regularly visited as a recruiter. I always thought: what a strong company with hardworking people and a warm working atmosphere.

I have now been with Précon for more than ten years and am still proud to be part of this great team full of enthusiastic and ambitious colleagues. The great thing about my role as a recruiter is that I find future colleagues who want to commit to product safety, quality and satisfied customers with just as much passion and enthusiasm.

Précon has given me the opportunity to continue to develop myself. It's incredibly cool to see that that's true not only for me, but for every Préconner.
