If you had told me during my studies that I would end up in the world of quality and food safety, I would have said, "Never that!" But nothing is as changeable as people. After college, I got the opportunity to work as a sports nutrition product developer at a start-up. A perfect way to combine my passion for health and fascination with food.
As it is with a small company, it didn't stop at just one role. Soon I became the quality manager in addition to product developer. That dual role gave me the opportunity to get to know countless inspiring food companies in the Netherlands and abroad. What struck me? Many companies struggle with translating external requirements into practical solutions.

After 2.5 years in this versatile position, I was ready for the next step. At Précon, I found an employer offering ample development opportunities and where I could continue my exploration in the food industry.
I now visit several food companies every week with a wide variety of products in their assortment. I regularly attend internal training courses, the knowledge gained from which I can often immediately put into practice. But the best part? Every day I help companies with concrete and achievable quality solutions.
