I have been working at Précon for more than 15 years. Through a training course I heard good stories about this consultancy and I became curious. I did not apply for a specific position, but more of an open role in which I would start to expand and develop my competencies and knowledge, and then apply them in the field.
In the beginning I was mainly involved in supporting certification projects. Gradually I discovered that I also got a lot of satisfaction from transferring knowledge and skills. I decided to take a training course and then a coaching course in order to specialize in this area.

In my years as a consultant at Précon I have experienced a lot. All kinds of developments in our field, a varied list of clients as well as the growth of myself as a professional.
Looking back, I think it's special to see how we as a team over the years have made this organization what it is today. We can be proud of that. Besides all the changes, one thing has remained the same: the openness of Précon. Everyone gets the space to seize opportunities, to grow and to realize their ambitions.
