Listeria bacteria are in the news a lot. Products are regularly recalled due to contamination with this bacteria. Food companies are doing all they can to combat this bacterium, because if it gets into food, it can be very dangerous. That's why Précon Learning now has an online training where you can learn all the basics about this bacteria in a short time.
The training covers the characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes and what you can do to prevent contamination. You will also learn which products are at risk for contamination and why these very products are so dangerous to consumers.
The training takes about fifteen minutes and ends with a test. The training is open to everyone - even if you have no prior knowledge.
