Microbiological analyses: mandatory number or useful tool?

What the years at the lab already made her suspect was confirmed on the customer's side: colleague Wilma Hurkmans noticed that relatively little use is made of the microbiological data a company has at its disposal. A missed opportunity according to her.

In fact, by actively using the results you get a dynamic analysis plan which can offer many advantages: it gives a better understanding of the quality of the products and helps to focus on what is really important. Through continuous use of the results, deviations in the trend are detected faster and you may be able to prevent potential problems. Moreover, in many cases it saves money because, for example, analysis costs can be saved.
