How do I implement the FSSC 22000 standard in my organization?

Précon is recognized as an official training organization by the FSSC 22000 organization and offers various appropriate training courses.

What is FSSC 22000?

FSSC 22000 is a globally recognized standard that can be applied to the entire food industry. The standard is approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), which ensures its wide acceptance among your customers.

The FSSC 22000 is based on the ISO 22000, supplemented by sector-specific prerequisites (ISO/TS 22002) as well as specific FSSC 22000 requirements, which come mainly from the GFSI benchmark.

In 2020, FSSC 22000 published the latest changes, version 5.1. Key changes include specific requirements for multi-site certification, product design and development, and food safety culture.
