Food safety culture has become an increasingly important concept and is now enshrined in legislation and within GFSI standards such as BRCGS, IFS and FSSC 22000. It is assessed during audits and companies need to improve themselves in this topic. How can you implement this as a company?
Précon has developed a culture measurement model to measure the food safety culture within your company and provide quantitative insight into how employees perceive the food safety culture. The questionnaire is distributed to all employees to create a broad base of support. A proven questionnaire is used which is quickly operational. After completion, you can implement targeted improvement actions, the progress of which can be monitored by repeating the measurement.
After an intake interview our consultant prepares a questionnaire with 42 statements in the languages Dutch, English and Polish. Précon provides the communication tools so that every employee in the company can be reached.
After completion of the questionnaire you will receive a comprehensive report with the results. Finally, a consultation follows in which the results are fed back and we discuss the results within your company with regard to the food safety culture. Possible points of improvement are identified with which you can get started, possibly with our support, in making a plan of action.
