Free afternoon of knowledge - Laboratory research: make sure it really delivers

On analysis plans, research and interpretation of results

Many food companies invest heavily in laboratory research. In practice, however, it proves difficult to make sure that this really delivers. All sorts of practical questions soon follow: Why are we actually doing this research? Surely not because we have always done it this way? What do I want to achieve with this research? Which parameters should I choose and why? How should I interpret my results and what action should I take? How do I ensure that my historical data remain of value?

In the practice of both Nutrilab and Précon, these questions often come up. In this knowledge afternoon, we are happy to share our experiences and practical insights on the usefulness and necessity of research and pitfalls to avoid.
