Our well-known training course "Food Safety (HACCP)" is now completely renewed! With new storylines, working methods, techniques, design and visuals, our training is completely up to date again.
In the updated training, the course participant puts herself in both the role of the consumer "it's annoying to get sick from a product" and the training answers the question for the production worker "how do I handle products in a food-safe way?" After getting sick from appetizers, the course participant goes back in time. She follows the production process and finds out where in the process something went wrong and how to prevent it. The training is packed with interactive exercises, videos and images. The examples and images are accessible and recognizable for production workers and therefore easy to apply in the student's practice. In addition, the student can review and repeat information at any time during the training.
