Our approach.

If you choose a customized project and agree to the offer, we will proceed according to a step-by-step plan. The project manager works closely with you to ensure the process goes smoothly. We follow these steps:

1. Analysis and inventory

In this phase, we work with you to determine your learning objectives and gather and discuss the relevant content that will be offered in the training. To do this, we work closely with your content experts.

2. Didactic and graphic design

A didactic design will be created that describes how content, exercises and visuals are provided and how the student navigates through the training. The graphic design will be based on your own corporate identity, so that the training is a recognizable product for your employees. After agreement, we move on to the next phase.

3. Development

In this phase, final content, exercises and tests are developed into a script. Depending on phase 1, the script may already be clear by then and development can begin quickly. Depending on the agreements made, photos or videos will be taken on location to be used in the training. After approval, the training will be developed technically and graphically.

4. Testing

A test module will be delivered and tested by you and us for content and operation. Any comments are incorporated into the training. After this, the training is ready.

5. Implementation

We prepare the training for use in your own learning management system. If you do not have one, we have good possibilities. We make a final check that everything works properly and you can offer the training to your employees.

Who owns customized training?
