Précon Consulting Group B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Précon Consulting Group B.V. does not process personal data from third countries for commercial purposes.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting information about children without parental consent. Elzi and Moodle
Using the Learning Management System Elzi and Moodle, after completing an e-learning training course, tests can be administered. These systems automatically decide, based on the answers given to the test questions and a required score, whether the test was completed successfully or unsuccessfully.
How long we keep personal data

Sharing personal data with third parties

Client is responsible for managing (new) accounts to users, assigning roles and rights, and managing content. Client is also responsible for viewing and changing your data. It is also wise for the Client itself to arrange procedures for this.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. If you use Elzi, you can do this yourself through the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we manage about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or right to data portability or have other questions/comments about data processing, please send an itemized request to info@precon.group.
To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Précon Consulting Group B.V. will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at least within four weeks.

Précon Consulting Group B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. For our online services, we use secure Internet connections (SSL). We take due care to manage passwords if you need a password to use any of these services.
