Coaching for professionals.

Are you running into a problem at work? Do you want to bring about change, but are unable to do so? Do you find it difficult to speak up in a meeting? Don't know what to do first? Coaching can help you.

Coaching introduces you to your unconscious way of acting, so that you come to certain insights. From there, you take steps toward your goals and can choose an effective strategy. You are encouraged to take matters into your own hands. After all, changes only come about when ownership and commitment are anchored in yourself.

The result: you get to know yourself and therefore make faster and better choices that suit you and your organization.

I am an experienced consultant and find it important to pay attention to the person in the organization. In order to be able to help not only the content, but also the person himself, I have completed a training in coaching at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences.

My approach is no-nonsense, down-to-earth, practical and results-oriented. I combine my substantive knowledge with the skill of coaching. By listening carefully, asking questions and confronting where necessary, I get to the core and help you achieve results.
Working forms I like to work with are Voice Dialogue, neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and scenic reconstruction.

I am positive, enthusiastic and honest in life. I am flexible and independent. As an ENTJ (according to the Myers-Briggs type indicator) I am logical thinking, organized, structured, objective and decisive. I enjoy working together on constructive improvements. I am eager to learn and open to challenges.

I worked for years as a consultant in the corporate world and traveled around the world for 5 years. As a coach, I would like to be your sounding board and hold up a mirror to you so that you learn to look at yourself and the situation in a different way. Through insight and awareness the way to change can be opened. I work with Transactional Analysis, Enneagram and NLP.

Registered trainer and coach for over 15 years, and I am still learning every day. I have a passion for human and organizational development. My specializations are culture change in organizations, team coaching and (personal) leadership.

The core is solution-oriented coaching, in your workplace, or just outside your work environment, perhaps on a walk. I listen and ask questions without judgment, giving you more insight into yourself and how you influence your environment. I use models that work best in your situation. For example, it could be about informal leadership, different aspects of communication, steering for desired behavior, Covey, RET or core diagrams. Everything necessary for you to take the necessary steps.

Our approach.

Coaching is a customized process, tailored to your needs. During an introductory conversation, free of any obligation, we see if there is a 'click' and we map out your dilemma, goal or question.

During the coaching process, our coaches will guide you through several sessions. The duration of the program depends on the result we are aiming for and is specifically focused on your personal development needs.

Frequently asked questions.

Why choose Précon when looking for coaching?
Sometimes the problem is not the substantive knowledge, but lacks the effective behavior to achieve a change. In this situation, Précon knows like no other the problems in a (production) organization and we can help you take the next step through coaching. This way we help you and the organization you work for move forward.
What experience do Précon's coaches have?

Précon works with trained, professional coaches. They have years of work experience in companies in the food and non-food industry, which helps them as coaches to connect to the work context and the dilemmas you encounter in your work as a professional.

During our coaches' guidance, the standards of the NOBCO are applied.

How does the coaching process work?

When you need to take the next step in your development, formulate your goals and realize them, you contact Précon. During a free introductory interview you and the coach will see if there is a 'click' and if your question is coachable. The conversation can take place at our office, at your company, on neutral ground, online or by phone.

When you start the coaching process, the goals are clear and the coach will help you achieve them. An average coaching program takes 5-7 sessions of up to 75 minutes.

What is coaching on-the-job?

Are you entering the field of quality from another work field or have you just left school and do you need substantive knowledge about quality management in addition to coaching? Even then we can coach you. We call this on-the-job coaching.

Together we determine what knowledge you need and how we can complement it. We determine your goals and support you in achieving them. During the program, we can also provide training and peer review, but we can also, for example, spar about professional issues. You decide.

During a free introductory meeting, you and the coach see if there is a "click" and together you determine what the goal is. The meeting can take place at our office, your company, on neutral ground, online or by telephone.

Together with your coach you determine the desired frequency and duration of the program. This depends on the starting point and the goal to be achieved. After the program you will be able to shape your own development.

What does coach-led peer review bring to our team?

Intervision is organized peer consultation. This means that a group of colleagues meet to discuss a work-related case under the direction of an intervisor. The intervisor uses various working methods, but can also creatively respond to what happens in the group. The group dynamic is leading, not a work form.

The job of a coach employed as an intervisor is to monitor the process and ensure mutual respect and trust. In the groups we coach, we see safety and togetherness developing. By sharing cases in a safe setting, people get to know each other and have an eye for each other's well-being. The result of peer supervision is the valuable feedback the group gives each other, making them work with greater job satisfaction. It is nice for everyone in the group to feel seen, heard and supported.
