Compliance
at LivWise.
What is the trigger?
The continued growth of the organization and product range makes broad, in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations increasingly important. Understanding European and national product compliance requirements is necessary for the successful international sale of the assortment. But how do you stay abreast of all legislative changes and organize that process efficiently and effectively? With that question, Caroline de Schipper, CEO at LivWise, approached Précon.
All the information in one place.
Much knowledge about European and national legislation was already present within LivWise, but not recorded. Due to developments in assortment and for business continuity, it is important that this information is well documented and always available.
Précon proposed to LivWise that the legal safety requirements for different product groups be laid down in protocols. The product compliance information is accessible to all.
Product compliance protocols prevent applicable legal safety requirements from having to be redefined over and over again. This leaves more time for the procurement process. And the chance that legal requirements are forgotten is greatly reduced with such protocols. This ensures a uniform working method and prevents inconsistencies in technical files. Non-relevant customer requirements can also be more easily recognized and refuted.
"With the product compliance protocols, we have the necessary information to deliver safe quality products readily available. This helps us meet the high expectations of our customers."
Content knowledge at your fingertips
A broad product range and many different sales countries require extensive substantive knowledge of European and national laws and regulations. Although this knowledge is partly present in the organization, answering more complex compliance questions takes a lot of time. Précon offers LivWise substantive support in this regard. Précon's team offers knowledge, capacity and flexibility to answer urgent compliance questions quickly and adequately.
