Because a regular colleague within SD Guthrie's QA team left during the same period, the daily workload in the department logically increased. There also turned out to be several other projects that SD Guthrie wanted to see taken up. Support from Précon was therefore soon expanded to include an additional consultant, who, like the first consultant, also spent two days a week.

Précon's consultants will be part of SD Guthrie's QA team during this support, performing various tasks such as conducting internal audits, reviewing various procedures and work instructions, and implementing FSSC 22000 version 6.

What else do we support SD Guthrie with?

In addition to the above work, Précon consultants also provide support in various ongoing projects such as:

• Thinking along in the process of outsourced production;
• reviewing the hazard analysis of the process;
• The review of raw material hazard analysis;
• the review of analysis plans;
• establishing a process around the control of MOAH and
• launching Rainforest Alliance certification.
