Working together for success with Intergamma.
What is the trigger?
Intergamma is overflowing with ambitions, assortment change calendars must be met and changes in regulations must be monitored and applied. The team of quality experts needed an expert, pragmatic partner to consult on complex issues and new topics, but also a flexible shell to support the daily process. With these questions, Floris Jelier, Head of Quality Management at Intergamma, approached Précon.
Phased approach.
Together, we were able to match Intergamma's needs with Précon's competencies. Providing ad hoc support in the daily process was set up during the first phase of the cooperation. This created space to jointly arrive at a thorough plan of approach for the pilot project.
A pilot project was chosen so that Intergamma and Précon could get to know each other and each other's working methods well in a short period of time. In this way, follow-up projects run more effectively and efficiently.
"We needed an expert partner to consult on complex issues, as well as a flexible shell to support the day-to-day process."
After the successful completion of the pilot project, we started to discuss the possibilities of being able to disclose the product requirements in protocols to the users at Intergamma. Simultaneously, we considered the need and possibilities to keep the requirements current.
Précon Quality Platform
Within Précon, we have developed a platform that can fulfill these needs and offer the possibility of using our consultants as a flexible shell or having a sourcing agent in Asia do some of the work. The Précon Quality Platform.
We have set up the continuation of the pilot project and the start-up of the platform to match Intergamma's seasonal calendar. This ensures that the protocols are quickly put into use after delivery. Feedback and improvement suggestions from Asian manufacturers can be incorporated into a new version of a protocol shortly after introduction.
This continuous improvement ensures that the use of the protocols is perceived as efficient and effective by users. They have 24/7 global access to current Intergamma product compliance requirements.
