
E-learning at Huuskes.
What is the trigger?
As a company, you are required to train employees who perform checks on CCPs and OPRPs. Huuskes solves this with e-learning modules and asked Précon to develop several short e-learning modules on CCPs and OPRPs in manufacturing for this purpose.
Develop e-learning.
Assignments for the development of a learning solution are carried out at Précon by a learning consultant. This is often an educationalist or a graphic designer. After the intake in which the client's needs are determined and the supply of information from the client, the learning solution can be developed remotely. Because it proved time-consuming for Huuskes to gather information, Précon also enlisted the support of a food consultant.
This has translated Huuskes' work instructions into clear steps. Through interviews with Huuskes employees, we also looked at the practice. By having a content expert gather the information, the company can be sure that the content is properly secured.
"It's nice that we now have e-learnings ready and that we didn't have to do everything ourselves. We weren't trained for that."
The learning consultants have turned the theory into short modules of about 10 minutes with practice questions and test questions. The modules show what a CCP or OPRP is and how to work with it, and the information is supported by photos taken on location. This allows the student to immediately recognize their own practice, making it easy to put theory into practice.
