What is the trigger?
Do you have a small business and can't hire a full time quality manager? Is the quality department in your company overloaded? Précon can take over the entire quality department or part of it, e.g. internal audits. Starting point is always the existing quality system and we optimize this together. Our consultant will visit you at agreed moments to monitor the quality and maintain the system.

The result
By agreement, Précon was brought in to gradually take over the quality system under the supervision of the independent consultant. The transfer went almost seamlessly. "Précon's consultant works very independently, which was also an important requirement for us." says Peter Beevers. Also the annual quality audits (BRCGS and ACS) always lead to a good result.
Peter Beevers concludes about the use of Précon in his quality management, "The quality system, which is now directly monitored by the Précon consultant, continues to evolve dynamically which is obviously the intention in order to stay ahead of the evolving food safety requirements."
