A training plan is an overview of competencies employees need to perform a particular job and how employees can acquire these competencies. With a well-designed plan, you can demonstrate the sustainable employability of your company.
The training plan can be set up completely in the learning management system Elzi. For example, employees can be enrolled in a desired job group, after which all job requirements and relevant trainings are linked to the trainee. Signaling functions can also be set up so that training courses are attended on time. In this way, the system can take a lot of work off the hands of organizations.
Are you using your own learning management system? Then we can still develop a training plan and setup advice for your organization. We just can't set up the system for you ourselves.
Classroom training is chosen after the execution of the Quickscan to ensure that the classroom training is well suited to the learning needs of the organization.
Elzi
For all our e-learning and (online) classroom training we use the learning management system (LMS) called Elzi. Elzi is a user-friendly and clear learning management system for organizing, training and registering employees.
Standard
When you purchase trainings from our public e-learning offer through the subscription, you get free access to the basic version of Elzi. This allows you to easily manage students and view their results. For customers who want to use more features than the basic ones, we have a Premium version.
Premium
Within Elzi Premium, it is possible to make your own classroom training and e-learning modules available in the system. You can also develop your own e-learning using H5P. The extended functionalities also make Elzi Premium an ideal platform to manage the entire training program efficiently and clearly. Take a look at the total overview here.
